We leverage AI to help companies to identify where people can achieve their full potential.
Our mission is to help companies hire people where they can achieve their full potential.
To hire the best talents, companies must identify them first.
However actual assessment tools are outdated which makes recruiting time-consuming and ineffective.
Today, most of evaluations are still based on search engines coupled with biased
criteria such as well known schools or companies. Those approaches favor prestige over potential and foster cloning hiring patterns.
At Riminder, we believe that AI is the key to solve hiring challenges and help recruiters assess all applicants across backgrounds and locations.
Founded in 2016 in Paris after 2 years of intense research and development,
Riminder built the most advanced AI technologies to structure, enrich and assess candidate data.
Supported by some of the most successful technology entrepreneurs and iconic AI professors in France and the United States, today +1,000 companies trust Riminder to set up their hiring process for success and make better informed hiring decisions.
